      Dear;
      These are the people with special knowledge(litetature,science,arts,aicial service)..and these are not mandatory..to be member of any houaes ...its only with peasure of PM

      and we need to think that MLA are not with well knowledge with respect in some aspects ...apparently some people like tendukar sachin./well cricketer similarly those other are also with special knowledge...

      That speceial knowledge people are nominated for the rajya sabha only.
      i am talking about the anglo- indian members who are nominated for loksabha& assembly
